1 Are your cleaners trustworthy? How do i know?

All our cleaners are rigorously vetted and interviewed in their own home. Reference checks are completed. We also complete CRB checks for all our cleaners so you can be confident that you will receive a service with complete peace of mind

2 How much notice do I have to give t get a cleaner?

We are very flexible and have a large number of cleaners on our books who are very reliable. We endeavour to ensure all last minute cleaning needs are accommodated within 24hrs, but  feel free to call one of the team to talk through your exact requirements and they will be happy to help you.

3 Is there a minimum charge for your services?

There is no minimum charge but we usually like to book a minimum of a 2 hour slot for any clean to ensure the job can be completed to the highest standards. However if you do have an enquiry which need less time please contact us and we can talk through your requirements.

4 Do I have to have the same cleaner each week?

No you do not have to have the same cleaner each week however most clients prefer to have the same regular cleaner each week. The choice is yours, here at 365 we are completely flexible.

5 Do you use Eco-friendly products?

We have a range of well branded quality products which we use. We offer eco-friendly product and when we tailor your quote we ask your requirements and update your client record so all cleaners are aware.

6 Do I have to supply the cleaning products?

No you don’t! Here at 365 Cleaning we are completely flexible , we offer a complete cleaning solution. Where all of our cleaners come fully equipped , however we can quote and price a clean where you supply your own products and equipment if desired, just ask.
